Prostate Conditions Education Council Partners With Rocky Mountain Natural Meats
Centennial, CO (September 15, 2010) – The Prostate Conditions Education Council is pleased to announce a partnership with Rocky Mountain Natural Meats, the producers of Great Range Bison. PCEC President, Wendy Poage said, “We are so appreciative to have partners like Rocky Mountain Natural Meats in our community.” She went on to say, “Their support has allowed us to do so much by assisting us in funding some of the most advanced early detection and prostate cancer research in addition to providing invaluable education and screening to save lives.”
Together, the partnership hosted a golf tournament at Buffalo Run Golf Course in Commerce City, Colorado on Saturday, August 21st. Around 150 golfers attended and free prostate screening was provided.
Their partnership also helped PCEC host the First Annual Set the Pace for Prostate Cancer 5K Race and Family Walk held at City Park on September 5, 2010.
PCEC thanks Rocky Mountain Natural Meats and looks forward to many more successful events with their new partner.

National Bison Association Annual Sale
DENVER, CO — Denver-based Rocky Mountain Natural Meats bought the champion Gold Trophy buffalo carcass during the annual Gold Trophy Sale Auction held in conjunction with the National Bison Association’s (NBA) annual meeting here in January. The 685 lb. carcass, entered by Diamond Tail Ranch of Colorado, brought a top bid of $3.00/lb. during the auction held at the NBA's Annual Awards Banquet.
